Student Counsellor recruitment in IIM Lucknow
Essential Qualification: M. Phil Clinical Psychology with 1st Class alongwith 3 years relevant experience. OR M.A. / M.Sc in Clinical Psychology with 1st Class alongwith 5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience is defined as counselling experience for group counselling as well as individual counselling in an educational institution or mental health care clinic/hospital/institution. Desirable : (a) Should have training in counselling techniques, and or any therapeutic module. (b) Experience in counselling students of highly competitive residential institution of higher learning. (c) Administrative experience in managing relevant counselling service set-ups.
