Job Description
- Coordination with students and parents to provide career advice and make them understand and help them to choose right Travel Course.
- Take telephonic and face to face student inquiries and present them course details, guide them to understand the course structure.
- Responsible for Admission Process & Documentation, Batch formation etc.
- Following up with the students on phone calls.
- Maintaining the MIS of student inquiries.
- Managing of enrollment process.
- Candidate must have excellent spoken English
- Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Internet Skills and Microsoft Office precisely in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Should be Graduate, MBA will be preferred.
