Position of Student Fellow

Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana

One position of Student Fellow (Leading to Ph.D) @ Rs.20,000/- PM fixed in the scheme “Transforming India’s Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable food supplies (TIGR2ESS) Misc.(FC-5) (PC-5538)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. Agri./B.Sc. Agri.(Hons.)/ B.Sc. Biotech.(Hons.) 4 year/B.Sc. Forestry/B.Sc. Hort. with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.0 basis or 60 % marks.

M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Genetics with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.0 basis or 65 % marks.

Note-1: Student must be enrolled in the Ph.D programme in Plant Breeding & Genetics at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The student appointed will work part time on the mandate of the project.
