Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be tele-calling the leads and improve walk-ins.
- Converting walk-ins into registrations through effective and customized counselling based on the profile of the candidates
- Coordinating & communicating with students via Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Phone calls etc.
- Being an effective communicator, acts as a point of contact for all the stakeholders in the organisation
- Must have good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Must be proactive, self-driven and target bound
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Professional e-mail etiquette
- Qualifications- Any Graduate/Post-graduate; B.Com/BBA/BBM with MBA is preferred
