Key Skills:
1. B.Tech/BE + Call Center/ telecalling experience - mandatory 2. Excellent communication skills - English + Hindi mandatory for all mentors (3rd language mandatory for language proficiency mentors)3. Experience in Customer Success vertical of any organization is a big plus4. Teaching/Mentoring experience is a plus5. MBA is a plus
Note: Laptop is mandatory for this role & every candidate will get reimbursement of 800rs Every month apart from salary. Regional Language experience candidates also required for this role i.e Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada.
