Currently we are looking for a Studio Manager for Chandigarh location.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employee
- Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales· Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Greet customers entering studio with a smile and assist them with their needs
- Describe services and tattoo procedures to customers and explain proper tattoo aftercare· Assist customers and artists with appointment schedulingUnderstand and use Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
