Subcontract Management Jobs in Noida - Serv India Consultants SIC

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the scope, nature, terms and conditions of the work contract to be given to the subcontractor
2. Develop a good and healthy rapport/ relation with the shortlisted subcontractors
3. Call telephonically all the shortlisted subcontractors or meet in person if need be
4. Develop, negotiate and facilitate the signing of the agreement of subcontracting, and make sure to oversee the agreement between subcontractors and your company, by researching, evaluating, and monitoring each stage
5. Research and find out about the subcontractor's reputation and credibility from past clients or competitors
6. Check the financial health of the subcontractor
7. Request for audited financial statements and try to search whether the subcontractor has been sued before for any non-performance
8. Check the subcontractor's safety record and make sure to ask the subcontractor to provide the safety information with the bid
9. Check and ask for licenses and permissions from the subcontractor required to perform the work contract and ask for proof of insurance where required
10. Assist the management at SIC in selecting a subcontractor after reviewing the relative price, experience, and reputation for each bidding subcontractor
11. Assist the management in drafting a subcontracting agreement between SIC and the subcontractor
