Roles and Responsibilities

●        The primary goal is to create high-impact and engaging online content for Teaching Job exams in India for the following subject

o   Sanskrit Language

●        Define teaching pedagogy, curriculum framework, course structures, and program development as per the brand vision

●        Working closely with Instructional Designers to create the most engaging flow of the content. This includes, but is not limited to, Reading Material, Storyboarding, teaching aids for recording and live classes, Assessment creation, quizzes, and more.

●        Recording Lectures and Delivering Live sessions on internal and social media platforms

●        Review content and questions created by other Content, Developers to ensure quality

●        Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams

●        Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses based on research and feedback

●        Interact with students to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts. Solving academic queries of students

●        Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content

●        Write informative articles on various topics for blogs that will help students in their preparation.

●        Helping customer support for resolution of queries related to Content and Academic vertical

●        Helping Marketing Team to plan content marketing on all social media channels

●        keeps an eye out for exam timings, batch launch, a product launch that can help the company improve efficiency and maximize revenue

●        Support cross-functional teams for needs assessment and decision-making

Experience/Qualifications/Skills 

●        Experience:

o   4 - 8 Years of teaching and content development experience in the teaching of the following subject in offline & online mode

▪          Sanskrit Language

o   Mandatory past experience of teaching students in at least one of the following categories –CTET, TET, SuperTETetc

o   Mandatory experience of teaching in offline and online mode with excellent student feedback. The online teaching experience should be rich.

o   Experience working for ed-tech (Online Education) products is highly desirable

o   Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

o   Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things

o   Problem-solving aptitude with an ability to meet deadlines under pressure

o   Long term vision alignment

o   Demonstrated innovation skills

●        Education:

o   Any Graduate Degree

o   Candidates having cleared any of govt job exam in past would be an added advantage
