o Ensuring that the content published on the internet or in print is free of any and all
errors. Hence, an expert in the English language and grammar is needed.
o Copy editing and/or proofreading all the content created before it is submitted.
o Being able to rectify basic formatting errors.
1. Creating, reviewing, and fixing content for American textbooks
2. Offering 24/7 online assistance with questions posted by high school and college students
