Job Description
1. Posting and sourcing candidates through various job sites, social networking sites, etc.
2. Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
3. Coordinating with the client to know the feedback of the candidates and improving sourcing based on the discussions.
4. Conducting initial HR interviews (telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
5. Coordinating with the technical panels and scheduling interviews
6. Closing the positions within the stipulated time
7. Following up with the candidate after the offer is made
