Essential Eligibility Criteria: Employees of the Central/State / Union Officer nominated by Director Territory Governments / Universities / Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings / Research & Development organizations holding analogous post Or Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600. Or Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6600
