Qualification :  a) Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from recognized University or Institute b) Govt. recognized Degree or Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa.

Experience :  03 years’ experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa. Hands on experience on implementation of Official Language Act will be an added advantage. The Candidates should have proficiency in Hindi and English typing in computer and also be conversant in MS Office.

Pay Scale : Rs. 25700-3%-90000

DGM (Tech)-IT: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology. (For detailed Qualification grouping, please refer Note-i & ii)

DGM (Tech)-Bailey Bridge: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. (For detailed qualification grouping, please refer Note – i & ii)

Experience :  

DGM(Tech): i. 15 years’ post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing the construction of Naval Ships”. ii. Experience in handing installation, STW (Setting to Work) and commissioning of Electrical weapon systems / operating and maintaining gas turbines (preferably LM 2500) on board IN Ships / Experience in dealing with Naval / Coast Guard Authorities, CDA Navy, Cargo clearance by Air & Sea, liasoning with various Materials Organizations / Authorities will be an added advantage. iii. Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should additionally have 2 years’ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of SM Grade. iv. Naval Officers of the rank of Commander & above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may also be considered. v. For details refer Note 6.

DGM(Tech)-IT: i. 15 years’ post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in Enterprise Resource Planning / managing IT infrastructure consisting of Tier-II Data Centre, WAN & LAN across geographical locations / SAP / implementation of IT based solutions / projects etc. ii. Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should additionally have 2 years’ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of SM Grade. iii. Naval Officers of the rank of Commander & above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may also be considered. iv. For details refer Note 6.

DGM (Tech)-Bailey Bridge: i. 15 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in Launching & Commissioning of Modular Portable Steel Bridges of various load classifications and spans like Bailey bridges etc. in plain /riverine /mountain /high altitude terrain. ii. Serving Officers of Indian Army, Corps of Engineers, BRO in the rank of Lt. Col and above or equivalent in Armed forces/Paramilitary forces meeting the above experience may also apply. iii. Knowledge in Finance, Project Management and experience / working in SAP ERP will be an added advantage iv. Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should additionally have 2 years’ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of SM Grade. v.
