Job Description
- We are looking for two candidates to fill the position of a Supervisor in a Telecalling Department dealing in financial products such as motor insurance, health insurance, life insurance and mutual funds.
- No of roles to be filled: 2
- Position: Supervisor
- Salary: Based on last salary slip
- 1-2 years of work experience in supervisory position in a telecalling/call centre etc
- Effective Communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Previous experience in call centres and insurance/financial products is preferable.
- Supervise telecallers selling motor insurance, health insurance, life insurance and mutual funds.
- Visit clients to explain products and services.
- Co-ordinate and manage with staff to ensure applications get processed
- Constant Recruitment of telecallers required
- Excellent communication skills
