About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining data in the ERP for the finance and purchase team by submitting relevant documents related to purchase and stores such as submission of invoices, vouchers, MRN, etc.
2. Ensuring the inventory management and maintenance of protocols for the company
3. Supporting the purchasing team in purchasing material from local vendors by visiting them in person
4. Ensuring that procedures for material inward/allocation and consumption are followed
5. Reconciling stock on a monthly and quarterly basis and assisting the finance team in stock reconciliation and maintaining books
6. Following up with vendors regarding GST and ITR filing
7. Coordinating with purchase executive to ensure timely accounting of received materials and following up with suppliers on delivery schedules
8. Keeping a track of travel expenses availed by the entire team and submitting the bills timely
9. Facilitating and supporting data maintenance of purchase-related data
10. Understanding the processes to be followed to account for the expenses and purchases on ERP and timely submission of bills and related documents for expenses and purchases done by the company
