Supply Chain Management (SCM) Jobs in Noida - Serv India Consultants SIC

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the scope, nature, terms and conditions of the work contract to be given to the subcontractor
2. Write & prepare, with the help of the seniors, a detailed calling speech for the work contract, perfect it by practising in both English and Hindi
3. Identify the type of the subcontractor
4. Collect data of potential subcontractors using google, other search engines and platforms (like Justdial, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
5. Prepare and manage WhatsApp groups
6. Call telephonically all the potential subcontractors, explaining in detail, the work contract to be given to the subcontractor and make sure that you give them a written description(including drawn plans and clear written specifications where required) of the work contract they are going to be bidding on
7. Shortlist competent subcontractors and send them details of SIC via mail or WhatsApp if the need be (a write up about SIC and its background in subcontracting and supply chain management)
8. Ask the shortlisted subcontractors to provide their (i)general company profile (ii) past work of the same nature (iii) quotation (solicit bid in writing via mail)
9. Shortlist the most suitable subcontractors and facilitate a virtual meeting between them and the management at SIC
10. Assist the management at SIC in selecting a subcontractor after reviewing the relative price, experience, and reputation for each bidding subcontractor
