Job Description
- Dealing with support cases or requests via email, telephone and in person.
- Providing a high level of service to the clients.
- Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management.
- Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
- Configuring the application to the healthcare client’s specifications.
- Training of the healthcare client’s end users occasionally.
- Providing Post-Implementation support to the healthcare client.
- Providing input and guidance to the development team in Product Development Roadmap.
