Job Description
Role: Sales Support Associate
The most important criteria for joining our team is:
- Firm grasp of how the web and SasS products works
- Managing strategic customer relationships with enterprise clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manners
- Willingness to work in different shifts
- Time management and quick learning
Some technical skills that would be particularly useful:
- Basic technical knowledge about browsers, flash settings and hardware ( mic and camera)

Additional responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of technical issues and support the clients/users via phone, emails, and chat.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
- Effectively manage all of your customer relationships by weekly calls, Feedback calls and providing the usage matrix reports
- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Qualification: MBA/BBA
