Role:  Sales Support Associate

The most important criteria for joining our  team is:

• Firm grasp of how the web and SasS products works
• Managing strategic customer relationships with enterprise clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent phone manners
• Willingness to work in different shifts  
• Time management and quick learning

Some technical skills that would be particularly useful:

•  Basic technical knowledge about browsers, flash settings and hardware ( mic and camera)

Additional responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of technical issues and support the clients/users via phone, emails, and chat.
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
• Effectively manage all of your customer relationships by weekly calls, Feedback calls and providing the usage matrix reports
• Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
