Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the responsibility to manage IT Platforms and reconcile clients' portfolio statements, manage IVR Systems and CRM and Client Service Ticketing Systems. Should be a quick learner and be able to work across the systems and platforms, and at the same time handle technical issues with Vendors, and other platform providers. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

Would be like a support to the Operations Manager to ensure that the Systems are working in order and also assist the Operations Manager in his / her responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with the Client/ RM/Channel Partner for signup and On Boarding of Clients.
  • Processing of Sign-up forms of new clients Set up Client in Back Office.
  • Calculate and Generating MIS on Portfolio, Return on Portfolio Revenue and also share with Clients/RM/Channel Partner as and when required.
  • Brokerage revenue generation reconciliation of Revenue.
  • Reconcile Mutual Fund, PMS,AIF other Third Party Product AUM
  • Update / Upload Trade ,data for Mutual Fund, PMS,AIF, TPP, FD, etc
  • Enter receipt payment details.
  • Allocate trade.
  • Make payments to Banker.
  • Calculate sub broker revenue.
  • Prepare MIS reports as required by the management at regular interval
  • Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
  • Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
  • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customer


Qualifications

  • 6+ Months of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
