Technical Requirements:
- Should have very good understanding of Yammer and its features and how the various services in yammer work. Should be able to use troubleshooting tools along with product knowledge to find issues and come up with solutions to fix them or report them to the Product Group.
Education:
- Desired background in Technical Training. Education Bachelor's Degree in Comp. Science, Comp. Info. Sys., Math, Engineering, Business, or related field.
