Support -Retail Health/Personal Accident & Travel Underwriting
Mumbai
Education: Medical Professional (BAMS/BHMS /BDS)
Work Experience: Experience in insurance sector with skills in MS office
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing and Monitoring of day to day activities in Retail Underwriting
- Maintain Pre-Policy process within TAT & ensure that there are Diagnostic center’s empaneled as per requirements of Pan India branches
- Trainings & effective communication with all departments and branches
- System related activities -BRD preparation, Testing of Systems and Calculators.
- ISO data workings & updation.
- Managing the team
Competencies:
- Influencing: ability to affect customers behavior, opinions and emotions
- Communication: Conveying effectively to customers and Managers to yield positive results
- Active Listening: Ability to concentrate, comprehend and respond to things being said by customers and managers
- Health Insurance domain knowledge .
- Basic skills in MS office.
- Good communication skills.
