Job Description
SQM in SHS IT is the joint responsibility of Procurement (SHS P IM IT ID) and Supplier Provider Management (SHS IT ST SPM). This team fulfils the regulatory requirements from Siemens Healthineers.
Task and Responsibilities • Supports the Supplier Quality Manager in the day to day activities of Supplier Quality Management following the quality guidelines and other requirements. • Completes templates and obtains approvals as required. • Works with a cross functional team to collect evidence and obtain required approvals. • Reports on the status of evidence collected. • Executes supplier evaluations as per schedule. Reports on the progress of the evaluations. • Manages and records issues. • Identifies automation opportunities and other areas of improvement. Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills Education: University degree in Bachelor of Business Admin (BBA); Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or similar.
Experience: • 3-5 years of experience from a relevant industry with a solid background of basic technical knowledge together with an in-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards, processes and practices. • Experience in developing close working relationships with other functional teams like Procurement and IT is highly desirable. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management is preferred.
