Job Description
Candidates must possess proven ability in the following:
- Experience with Linux environment working and command executions.
- Good Knowledge with Asterisk / IVR / VOIP architecture and protocol deep knowledge & proper hands on for NETWORKING is must for this position.
- The candidate should be able to install and configure the SIP dialers (FreePBX, Elastix, Asterisk, Agi etc.)
- Experience with handling the VOIP Soft switches, VoIP Switch Manager. Should be able to write Dialplan, DIDs Integration with the dialplan, IVRS.
- Proficient in server security, cloud servers. In-depth understanding of SIP, DTMF, RTP and RTCP.
- In-depth understanding of Open Source PBX features, configuration, deployment and support Experience with IP PBX Trunking.
- Ability to perform SIP debugs, capture and analyse SIP and RTP to isolate ad resolve issues Strong engineering and operational experience in service provider networks.
Candidates with experience in the following have an added advantage:
- Installing and Maintaining Hardware Devices, Software, Network Devices. (Firewall, Server, Desktop, Cisco Switches, Biometric, RFID, EPAX)
- Maintaining Windows Server 2012 Configuration and Troubleshooting.
- Creating new user Account in Active directory in windows Server 2012.
- Creating Group policy for User Accounts in Windows 2012 Server.
- Creating Share folder for User accounts in Windows 2012 Server.
- Creating User Permission for folder and files In the Directory.
- Scheduling backup for Server.
- Creating and Maintaining Volume Shadow Copies (Deleted and Damaged files and folder to recover from Previous Version in (Server Drive C, E, F)).
- Maintaining IT inventory management.
- Co-ordinate with Eurus Network Service provider for VOIP Service( Related Network Issues from Eurus both inbound and outbound )
- Co-ordinate with NGUCC Support Team for Dialer Issues.
- Vendor Co-ordination for (Firewall, Server, Desktop, Cisco Switches, Biometric, RFID, EPAX).
- Fortigate Site to Site Connection configuration, troubleshooting.
