Job Description
1. Work on the management of basic working on desktops, laptops, and smart devices belonging to the organization using tools like anti-virus solutions, Firewall, and other relevant software
2. Work on the management of software installation and up-gradation requirements on all desktops, laptops, and smart devices belonging to the organization
3. Work on the management of data backup, recovery, and restoration tasks for all desktops, laptops, and smart devices belonging to the organization
4. Monitor the organization's infrastructure assets on a periodic basis (desktops, laptops, and smart devices)
5. Manage hardware component up-gradation and maintenance requirements for all infrastructural assets belonging to the organization
6. Work on the maintenance and management of organization LAN, WAN, and VPN environments and associated infrastructure

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Mar'22 and 18th Apr'22
3. are available for a duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mohali and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
2. Basic knowledge of working on operating systems - Ubuntu Linux, Windows OS
3. Knowledge with switches, cabling, patching, maintaining up of network topologies
4. Knowledge with setting up and usage of infrastructure monitoring tools
5. Must be dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance skills
6. Must have a working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
7. Knowledge of troubleshooting and providing help desk support
8. Should possess attention to detail
9. Can maintain confidentiality and integrity
