Job Description
1. Monitoring servers and networks like LAN/WAN, and the internet
2. Working on the identification of various server issues and acting according to the guidelines
3. Documenting issues
4. Providing tech and live chat support to the business clients

1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 3rd May'21 and 7th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must live and breathe MS Windows Server 2003-2012, ActiveDirectory, and PowerShell
2. Must have good knowledge of Linux, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, backup, SAN, NAS, etc.
3. Knowledge of MS SQL administration would be an added advantage
4. Must have a good understanding of cloud computing
5. Experience configuring and managing visualization technologies is an asset (VMware, AWS, Azure)
6. Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Linux systems is an add-on
7. Must have expertise in deploying and supporting systems remotely
8. Must have an understanding of the development cycle and deployment process in general
9. Must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and upgrading server hardware
10. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
11. Must have creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside-the-box
12. Must be able to work in rotational shifts
