Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting our customer base, both directly and indirectly
2. Working on activity-required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems in the hosting environment
3. Working on basic installation, server security, and server monitoring
4. Managing server backup/restore
5. Treating all customers in a professional and respectful manner
6. Handling technical support tickets from web hosting customers
7. Providing client support and technical issue resolution via emails, phone, and other electronic mediums
8. Prioritizing and managing many open tickets at one time and completing other duties and projects as assigned
