Job Description
With its cross-platform and deeply integrated privileged access management (PAM) solution Spectra, Sectona enables enterprises & managed service providers to achieve enhanced security by adopting a refreshed PAM approach. Spectra is purpose-built for cloud-first organizations & managed service providers.
1. Setting up and configuring equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, faxes, and phones
2. Upgrading laptop/desktop software and hardware
3. Responding to all user support requests from all offices which includes online and offline support
4. Working as server administrators and support teams to build the required infrastructure
5. Working with on-premise and cloud (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud) infrastructure
6. Evaluating the third-party applications for integration and implementation into existing infrastructure as necessary and handling IT assets management (hardware & software)

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Dec'20 and 19th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

1. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills, and be able to communicate ideas to other team members
2. The candidate must possess a focus on quality with attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
3. Must be passionate about technology, a quick learner, and must be enthusiastic about working in a team
4. Must be excited by a challenge
5. Must be passionate about helping other people
6. Must have a good can-do mentality
7. Must have completed standard X or XII with a diploma/BE/B.Tech/EC or any degree related to computers, from a recognized institute
8. Should have a work experience of at least 1+ years on computer hardware, Windows-related applications & networking knowledge
9. Preferably should be a certified engineer from a reputed institute
10. Must have good interpersonal, problem-solving, written & verbal communication skills
