Job Description
T service desk / System administration for global customer
Good communication skills, required language is English
Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following areas
o Desktop and Server Operating Systems,
o Hardware/Wintel troubleshooting and server administration,
o Storage
o Computer networks & network administration
o O365 and other Microsoft product troubleshooting
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Basic understanding of network and telephony terminologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or information technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications will be plus - ITIL, System Engineer, Network administration
