Job Description
- Should be able to manage 100 production machines with numerous technical queries and also providing remote support.
- Should be able to install, configure and troubleshoot 2008 and 2012 server and client operating system windows 7,8 and 10.
- Troubleshooting Windows Active Directory environment, including: DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, outlook mail server.
- Configure and troubleshoot network printers.
- Configure switches and manage LAN.
- Configure and manage VPN connection.
- Backup monitoring and troubleshooting backup failures.
- Day to day windows update on servers and workstations.
- Maintaining and updating of Antivirus software.
- Managing video conference calls.
