• Windows server 2012,7,10, administration

• MCITP certifications/MCSE
• Exchange server 2010 and above
• Network administration
• Server Virtualization with windows server Hyper-V and System center 

• LIUX system administration
• Cloud based INFRA administration and management
• Good exposure to azure offerings namely IAAS, PAAS

• Active Directory management (adding and configuring new workstations and setting up user accounts to provide authorizations)
• Installing and updating system software
• OS patching/upgrades
• Preventing the spread of viruses and malicious programs
• Reviewing system logs
• System security management
• Performance monitoring and optimization
• Should be able to ensure server machines and desktop machines are well configured and managed in term licensed software’s, patch management, antivirus updates.
• Should work on System Hardening (Servers, Desktops etc.).
• Should be able to ensure network controls are in place and proxy server is made robust to have good load balancing of bandwidth and appropriate filters in place which prevents individuals accessing personal mails large size download, visiting unauthorized sites.
• Should be able to ensure backups are taken place periodically in terms of user data, database etc.
• Should be able to handle cross location networks, system say at Bangalore & Mysore.
• Should be able to handle cloud infra.
