Ingenious E Brain is hiring for System Administrator position.
Position is open for Freshers also.

Job Title System Administrator
Years of Experience: 0 – 2 years
Educational Qualification: Bsc IT, BCA with course in Hardware & Networking

Responsibilities:

Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
Act as link between end users and higher level support
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
Should be able to handle Computer Hardware/Software Troubleshooting.
Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems.
Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
Monitor system and network performance
Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

Candidate profile:

Good Hardware & Networking knowledge
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint
