• Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.

• Percentage: 60% throughout, in academics
  
• Admirable English written & verbal communication skill
  

• Training (Technical & Non Technical) Duration: 30 Days and Training is FREE of Cost.
