Job Description
Eligibility:
- BE/ B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE) from 2018 batch with an aggregate of 60% in highest qualification.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support - Monitoring case system and move open issues to resolution ensuring adequate levels of customer satisfaction;
This involves:
- Understanding issues at hand, talking to the customer on phone or remotely using screen sharing software
- Educating the customer in the correct way of using DocPulse
- Resolving configuration issues
2. Debugging Issues
- Carefully analyzing the problems to identify the client or server-side issues
- Reproducing customer issues
- Analyzing product logs.
- Communicating with the development team
3. Testing and Release management
- Testing new features as part of the release process
- Be a part of the release process and ensure that quality releases are given to the customer
4. Requirement Analysis
- Understanding new customer requested features
- Analyzing the requirement and categorizing based on process aligned.
- Appropriately communicate to the development team on the requirement.
Desired Skills for an Ideal Candidate
- Good oral and written communication skills ( proficiency in local languages is added plus )
- Quick learner
- Efficiency in using tools
- Troubleshooting issues by experimenting & viewing logs.
- Taking initiatives
