Job Description:

• Strong infrastructure administration knowledge across a variety of operating systems (with a particularly strong focus on Windows and Linux), strong troubleshooting and analyses skills, attention to detail and the rapid resolution of issues. Troubleshooting knowledge is key.
  
• As a Systems Administrator, candidate's responsibility is improving the tools, monitoring and maintaining the production environments. 
  
• Candidates must have strong troubleshooting expertise, and due to fast-changing technology landscape, they should be agile to learn and implement new technologies as and when required. 
  
• The primary focus is server and desktop administration and support.
  

• Basic working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  
• Windows Server 2008/2012 R2 knowledge
  
• Windows and Linux Sys Admin background
  
• Network Monitoring background
  
• Strong Troubleshooting & Communication skills
  
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
  
• Ability to work both independently and strong collaboration within teams
  

• Installation, maintenance, and upgrades on computer hardware and software systems.
  
• Managing user access and passwords.
  
• Proposing and implementing systems enhancements that improves the reliability and performance of the system.
  
• Monitoring usage and performance of the network.
  
• Training personnel on system usage.
  
• Troubleshooting server, software and hardware issues.
  
• Assisting with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and software upgrades or repairs.
  
• Researching, evaluating and recommending software and hardware products.
  
• Providing new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.
  
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
