Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking a knowledgeable Systems Analyst to join our growing Corporate IT team located in Bangalore, India. Maintains the integrity of the Worldwide Environmental Regulatory Compliance (WERCS) System performance by proactively monitoring system performance, provide second level support, troubleshoots all application, configuration and infrastructure related issues and escalates to the vendor in a timely manners Assists users in gathering functional requirements and User Acceptance testing results for Computer System Validation Assists in documenting Computer System Validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) as needed Responsible for managing the Worldwide Environmental Regulatory Compliance (WERCS) System Assists users with importing and exporting Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Familiar with Document Management tools like MasterControl and Trackwise Digital Experience with IT Service Management Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management is desirable Must be able to configure and design Informatica Workflows Works with the customers to resolve any WebViewer issues Manages the quarterly LOLI regulatory database imports Conducts daily performance monitoring to maintain system stability and availability Performs application data migration activities using Data Import/Export tools sets Designs and executes workflows, including but not limited to developing InfoCard types, packet types, and workflow processes within MasterControl Participates and drive continual process improvements. Seeks ways to automate and streamline internal processes and procedures. Design and develops various custom reports using Power BI Experience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Exposure working with Environmental Health and Safety Systems (EHS) systems like WERCS and SHED is desired Should have some knowledge in gathering requirements, maintaining operational instructions to support Computer Systems Validation Knowledge of industry best practice such as GxP, GAMP, knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation, Healthy & Safety Regulations and Compliance Skills Required Office 365, MS SharePoint, Windows 2012/2016 Server Management, Windows 7, 10, Terminal Services, TCP/IP, WAN, DNS, VB.NET for development and debugging activities, Command Line Interface (CLI) and PowerShell scripting. WERCS Doc Loader, should be familiar with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and Services (REST/SOAP), API Services, SQL Scripting (SQL Server / Oracle Pl SQL).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. 

1-2 years experience working as a system support analyst/administrator is strongly desired. Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
