We are looking for a strong systems Engineer who has experience managing SAAS applications like Atlassian suite, Slack, G-Suite in managed cloud.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the IT Engineer Application team, you will be responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation and support of the infrastructure components
Design, build and deliver cloud computing solutions, hosted services, and underlying software infrastructure
Assist in coaching engineering teams in their workflows.
Foster collaboration with software product development, architecture, and IT teams to ensure releases are delivered with repeatable and audit-able processes.
Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup and restores of different environments.
Build and manage SAAS applications using Best Practices.

What We Need To See

5+ Years experience in IT Operations managing packages systems.
3+ years of experience administering Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
1+ year of experience managing Slack application @ snowflake.
Experience with Atlassian REST APIs to complete tasks and create automations
Evaluation of, testing, installation, and management third-party add-ons
Comfortable with Javascript/Groovy scripting and/or leveraging ScriptRunner and their many plugins
Knowledge of best practices and well acquainted with management and troubleshooting of complex workflows as well as field, screen, and permission schemes
Understands the features of Atlassian Cloud really well.

Ways To Stand Out

Atlassian JIRA/Confluence certification is a plus.
Experience Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira transfers, exports, and migrations are a big plus
Experience managing cloud workloads in AWS / Azure or GCP is a plus.
Experience with G-suite Administration is a plus.
Experience in scripting in Bash/Perl/Python a plus
