You will be responsible to ensure effective talent acquisition through identification, attraction, and recruitment in line with the company's business needs.
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible to ensure effective talent acquisition through identification, attraction, and recruitment in line with the company's business needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying` short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand/supply.
- Clarifying the business need through kick-off meeting with the hiring manager. Based upon identified profile define the recruitment
- strategy (internal, external, head hunting, etc.), and manage the process with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing communication with candidates incl. process overview, interview, setting expectations, offer discussions, etc.
- Promoting ABB as employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media).
- Maintaining accurate documentation on all channels, candidates, searches, interactions, etc.
- Advising business on solutions to talent challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Extensive experience of full life cycle recruitment, and passion in the area of talent acquisition
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, as well as good candidate market understanding, and
- knowledge of supply of certain competencies
- Excellent customer & service orientation
- Knowledge of relevant tools (CRM, ATS, etc.) and experience leveraging the tools to source candidates as well as manage relationships
- Knowledge of Privacy laws (GDPR and others)
- Excellent command of English
