- Sourcing the right candidates through job portals / Head Hunting.
- Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, HR Interview, Salary negotiation.
- Effectively using personal network, Employee referrals to close the position.
- Responsible to manage and close openings within the time frame.
- Requirement gathering.
- Ability to manage end-end recruitment.
- Taking care of Reference check and background verification for joined candidates.
- Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details and database.
- Minimum 0 - 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Any graduate with good communication in English.
- Should have hands on using different job portals & other social networks.(Prefered)
- Must have good communication skill in English.
- Salary- Negotiable
