- Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
- Screen applicant’s skills on their resume and through interviews.
- Follow and support recruiter in interviews and meetings.
- Add candidates to and track them on our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment process and information
- Other projects and responsibilities related to general personnel programs as assigned.
