Sourcing CV/Resume from various job portals.
Handle different kind of job portals.
Research on the Client's background & understanding position requirements before pitching to the candidate.
Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations etc & ensuring the right match.
Screening and understanding their potential.
Offer proper guidance to enhance their carrier through our global design courses.
Proper follow-up to the interested candidates.
Co-coordinating with training department and management.
After completion of courses transfer them to placement department.
