JD:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all positions, of VLSI/ Embedded Requirement in all levels
- Sourcing, prescreening, identifying and closing the resource request requisitions
- Meeting business requirements by exploring various sourcing channels like job portals, social networking sites, internal database for ongoing hiring needs
- Coordinate & assist in setting up technical rounds of interviews
- Monitor & maintain database on regular intervals
