Job Description
GREedge, leading provider of GRE Training programs online, seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive.
An ideal candidate must have the following:
- An unending curiosity to understand the facets of human resource management.
- Organizational understanding and an ability to own the entire hiring process of the company.
- Exposure to organising events, coordinating club activities etc. would be valuable additional skills.
- Any Undergraduate with strong command over English Language and deep interest in Human Resources.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing various support activities to the HR function. This includes recruiting, administration and arranging interviews with suitable candidates for different departments and functions.
- The job will provide all round experience in the people management function and serve as an ideal platform for bright, young engineers or other graduates aspiring to pursue MBA after sufficient work experience and organizational learning.
- The candidate will work closely with the senior management of the company supporting them with key processes and projects.
