As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be part of a team who are responsible for handling the coordination & onboarding of global contingent employee workforce as well as lending support to the Talent Acquisition Operations team & other duties related to full cycle recruitment support. Join us and together we’ll maximize the value of your career.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for creating requisitions and inputting candidate information for temporary workers into the Taleo ATS system Responsible for full cycle onboarding process of global contigent workforce Will serve as point of contact for the Talent Acquisition Team for any & all contingent hiring needs Will work with other relevant IFS teams to coordinate the timely onboarding of contingent hires globally, including but not limited to the Technology, HRIS & Compliance teams Providing administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team Responsible for new hire onboarding for full time hires within the APAC region. May serve as backup for global onboarding, both contingent and full time new hires Assist the Talent Acquisition team with process administration, improvements and manuals related to onboarding of global contingent workforce Will be asked to create & produce reports on onboarding metrics related to contingent hiring REQUIREMENTS:Ability to manage a workflow from inception to completion for multiple workers at one time Ability to communicate with internal employees of all levels in seeking out information or getting clarity needed to complete onboarding temporary workers At least three years relevant administrative experience, ideally in a human resources related field Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components preferred Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and assist in the execution of key strategic recruiting initiatives Excellent project and people management skills are essential Ability to manage multiple priorities and team members with ever changing deadlines Comfortable working with working autonomously and effectively managing your own time. Capable of picking up new tasks quickly Strong business acumen and understanding Superb organization skills are a must Excellent attention to detail necessary Comfortable working within a global team & organization Ability to think globally and be sensitive to international recruiting practices Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills Strong/advanced computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
