Job Description
Our internship programs offer our interns a chance to experience real work instead of working on mock projects.
Our interns gain many skills during their internship including time management, working knowledge of spreadsheets, communication skill, articulation, coordination, skill assessment and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Charting out a search strategy
2. Executing a search strategy
3. Writing/reviewing job descriptions and
summary
4. Promoting job description/summary through
your social media accounts (including LinkedIn)
5. Calling potential candidates
6. Keeping track of the progress of the second
round of interviews
7. Sending profile summary with interview notes
8. Coordinating interviews with candidates
9. Conducting reference from candidates
10. Conducting background checks
11. Coordinating candidate joining and
12. Obtaining post joining feedback from
candidates
