Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
l End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
l Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
l Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching
passive prospective candidates
l Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
l Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
l Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
l Effectively built relationship with Employees.
l Must be enthusiastic and initiator
Essential Conditions
1) Candidate must be from Greater Noida.
2) Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment
3) Good knowledge of internet.
4) Decent communication skill.
5) Must have own laptop
Good communication in English & Hindi
Students who are currently doing MBA from some greater noida institutes can join part time (3PM – 8PM)
