- Acquiring the right talent End to End recruitment process
- Sourcing through Job portals
- Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles
- Ensure recruitment within a limited timeline
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Go-getter, Positive attitude and Creative
- Ability to handle assignments independently
