Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing and evaluation of Candidates for all programs scheduling interviews and coordinating with Panel plan. Conducting drives within the city and visiting partner location Visiting Campus, Job fairs, and Events to hire
Hiring candidates from outstation
Ensuring good candidate experience by interviewing and offering on same day Ensuring follow-up of all documents
End to End responsibility from Interview till joining
Excellent command over English, both written & verbal
Build presentations and present them to clients or the internal team
Analyze the analytical thinking
Good Understanding of the vendor requirements, be able to deliver all vendor expectations
Should have a detailed understanding of the nature of the trade
Making decisions and solving problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk
Is responsible for the team's performance
Should be a team player and involved in all kinds of team activities and work as a team to resolve issues and get results.
On-time hiring candidates, experience, target-oriented, team player.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: 22000-25000
