We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Acquisition department’s daily activities.

Talent Acquisition Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Ultimately, you will be assisting Talent Acquisition Partners on the below responsibilities -

• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Update our internal databases with new applicant information, including resume, contact details etc
• Gather background verification documents and follow up till closure
• Prepare TA-related reports as needed
• candidate queries and resolve with the help of Talent Acquisition Partner
• Participate in organizing hiring events and careers days

Requirements-

·         Graduate/Final year students in Human Resources Management or similar field

·         Effective communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·         The ability to work as part of a team.

·         Basic knowledge of recruiting

·         Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Work timings:12 PM to 9 PM

Stipend: 25 K per month

Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Transport: Will be provided within city limits
