Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling talent acquisition operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, coordinating and scheduling interviews, generating reports, and providing insights along with process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
2. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (candidates) and giving them a wow experience
3. Taking end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition-related projects that will improve the overall efficiency of the team
4. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
5. Working on communication, briefing, and training on talent acquisition processes, and policies to stakeholders
