Job Description
- Receiving requirement from the team leader and analyzing the same.
- Preparing JD for different openings.
- Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.
- Interacting with the candidates and updating them with relevant openings.
- Work on references, mapping, head hunting.
- Maintaining the Recruitment Tracker.
- Shortlisting the selected candidates and scheduling interviews with the concerned person.
- Follow up with the candidate till joining.
- Knowledge of managing HR records & HR laws.
- Skills required: Preparing JD, Selection, team Leading, head Hunting, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Manager
