Job Description

Sourcing candidates from multiple sources to meet the Organisation's staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Organisation's recruitment strategy to ensure meeting of business recruitment requirements.
Work cohesively and collaboratively within the Organisation to ensure a seamless experience for potential candidates.
Conduct research for various Direct Recruitment options such social networking sites, job fairs etc.
Maintain an up to date database to fulfill all requirements within the least possible time frame .
Preparing reports to keep tabs on costs involved, timelines for recruiting etc
